Bergamot oil is taken out from a plant producing citrus fruit called citrus berg Amia, and It is a hybrid of sour orange and lemon. It is cultivated in Italy and is generated in Italy, Morocco, Argentina and Brazil.

Bergamot oil is used in many industries like skin care, in the perfume industry and pharmaceutical industry. It is a rich source of polyphenolic properties and is anti-cholesterol.

Herein are the Uses of Bergamot Oil:

1. Bergamot oil for healthy and radiant skin:

Method to use:

Combine few drops of oil with one tablespoon of water mix and use as a face wash. Then pat dry your face.

Or

Combine few drops of oil with your regular face wash use this face wash for a smooth and supple skin.

2. Bergamot oil to treat a fever:
