1. Myrrh essential oil for oral health:
The oil has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties and is widely used as a natural remedy to treat mouth ulcers and gingivitis. It gives relief in pain and eliminates the inflammation.
Method to use it for oral health:
Take half a cup of water; add a few drops of myrrh essential oil in it. Mix properly and swish and gargle with this water. Do this regularly for healthy gums and teeth.
Add a drop of oil on your toothpaste and brush your teeth.
2. Myrrh essential oil for digestive disorder:
The oil is highly useful during constipation, diarrhoea, gas, indigestion and all kinds of stomach upset.
