This salad is very simple but tastes yummy. First wash the papaya thoroughly then grate the papaya. Take a big bowl Add the grated papaya in it, add two tablespoons of roasted peanuts, one teaspoon of lemon juice, half teaspoon of sugar, ¼ teaspoon of red chili powder and salt to taste. Mix everything properly. Voila! Your salad is ready to serve.

Healthy raw papaya sweet
Take a medium-size raw papaya wash properly pat dry and peel the skin, then grate the papaya. Now take a bowl put the grated papaya, add two tablespoons of grated jaggery and three tablespoons of grated fresh coconut. Mix properly then keep in the refrigerator for one hour. You can serve this sweet dish chilled or at room temperature.
Papaya and sesame seeds salad
Take a small size raw papaya, wash and peel the skin then shred in the shredder and keep aside. Now take two tablespoons of sesame seeds and roast properly, let it cool. Then take a bowl add shredded papaya, roasted sesame seed, half a teaspoon of red chili powder and salt to taste and half teaspoon of lemon juice. Mix properly and serve. Papaya, pumpkin and potato curry
First, cut potato pumpkin and raw papaya in the same size. Pressure cook potato and pumpkin separately and do not overcook. Now take a pan, put some oil when the oil is hot put ¼ teaspoon of cumin seeds, once the cumin seeds are spluttered add one teaspoon of curry leaves. Then add either half teaspoon of green chili paste and ginger paste together or ¼ teaspoon of green chili paste and ¼ teaspoon of ginger paste. Then add papaya and let it cook once it is cooked add, cooked potato, pumpkin ¼ teaspoon of turmeric and salt to taste. Mix properly at last squeeze lemon and serve.

Take one small size raw papaya and three medium sizes of potatoes. First parboil potatoes then shred them, then peel and shred raw papaya. Take a bowl Put shredded papaya and potatoes, add either one tablespoon of corn flour or a half cup of breadcrumbs. Then add two tablespoons of chopped coriander, ¼ teaspoons of green chili paste, ¼ teaspoon of ginger paste, a 1/4 teaspoon of garam masala or allspice masala and one teaspoon of lemon juice and salt to taste.
Now mix everything properly and make medium size balls of this mixture. Simultaneously put the pan for heating and shallow fry all the kebabs. Make sure to flip, It should be brown on both the sides. Serve with any kind of dip.
Take medium size ripe papaya, peel the papaya skin, scrape the seeds out and smash it. Now take a pan put two tablespoons of ghee, and add mashed ripe papaya. Roast papaya in ghee till it absorbs all the ghee and becomes lumpy. Then add three tablespoon of milk powder and two tablespoons of condensed milk. Stir till every ingredient is merged properly, and till it forms lumpy consistency.
Now switch off the gas and take out the mixture on a deep plate and even the surface let it cool, then make pieces of your choice and serve. Papaya fudge can be stored in the fridge for one week.
