By using our fingers we can scoop a generous amount of the mixture. This mixture is allowed to be applied directly to the irritated skin areas. Until the drying of the mixture, we have to do massage in a circular motion in a gentle manner. For removing the sticky mixture we have to wash our skin with soap and water. 2. For Arthritis
Curing arthritis is included in the benefits of cinnamon and honey. For treating arthritis we have to make a paste and a drink by using honey and cinnamon. For making the paste, cinnamon powder is allowed to be added to one part of honey and two parts of lukewarm water. A massage on the itching part of the body is supposed to be done slowly by using this paste. Within a minute, the pain will be relieved from our body. For making drink 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder and 2 teaspoons of honey are mixed in 1 cup of hot water. For getting relief from pain, we have to drink it every morning and night regularly.

3. Bladder Infections
Among the benefits of cinnamon and honey, bladder infections are counted as one of them. For curing bladder infections, we have to add 2 tablespoons of cinnamon powder and 1 teaspoon of honey in a tumbler of lukewarm water. The germs of the bladder get destroyed by it. 2-3 litres of this solution can also be drunk for curing bladder infections.
A mixture of honey and cinnamon is used to cure tooth ache. For curing toothache, we have to convert cinnamon into powdered form. In a small bowl, 5 teaspoons of honey and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder are allowed to be mixed thoroughly.
